How the System Works

The SJ-6000 air cushion machine is mounted on top of the SJ-5000 coiling table, forming a single, mobile packaging station. The SJ-6000 inflates and seals air cushion packaging at high speed while the SJ-5000 automatically coils the inflated film as it is produced. This keeps packaging organised, prevents film buildup, and supports continuous operation with minimal manual intervention.

When used with the optional support stand, the system is capable of inflating and sealing air cushion film rolls up to 1 metre wide, enabling larger protective formats and more efficient use of packaging material for bulky or heavy items.
