Our Heavy Duty Air Column Packaging Rolls are made from strong 50-micron PE plastic, providing reliable cushioning and shock absorption for fragile items during shipping, storage and moving.

Featuring independent air columns and a reverse air check valve, each column retains its air once inflated, helping protect your items against knocks and impacts.

PLEASE NOTE: Air Column Rolls are supplied UNINFLATED and must be inflated before use. Pumps are not included and are available to purchase separately.

Available Roll Sizes

Roll Widths: 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, 70cm and 80cm.

Roll Lengths: 10 Metres, 50 Metres, 200 Metres and 250 Metres.

Please note: 20–60cm full rolls are 250 metres long. The wider 70cm and 80cm full rolls are 200 metres long.

How to Use

1. Cut the required length of air column packaging.

2. Locate the inflation opening and seal one end using a binder clip (not included).

3. Inflate using a hand pump, mini electric pump, air compressor or compatible inflation machine.

4. Separate the required inflated section, ready to protect your items.

Choosing the Right Inflation Pump

      Hand Pump – Suitable for inflating small amounts of packaging, such as occasional use or shorter lengths. Manual inflation requires more time and physical effort.

⚡ Mini Electric Air Pump – Available to purchase separately from this listing. Provides a much faster and easier way to inflate your packaging without the effort of manual pumping.

Important: For larger quantities, particularly over 50 metres, we strongly recommend using a Mini Electric Pump, air compressor or SJ-Q20 packaging machine. Inflating large quantities with a manual hand pump can be extremely time-consuming and tiring.
